Aspire Bakeries LLC in Alsip, IL is seeking a Utility Operator for 1st shift, 5:45 AM - 4:15 PM. You will support multiple production and packaging areas, ensuring safe and compliant manufacturing while maintaining quality standards and food safety programs.

Minimum one year of manufacturing experience is preferred. The role offers an hourly rate of $19.00–$21.00 with a robust benefits package and opportunities for growth within our North American bakery network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of manufacturing, production, warehouse, food processing, or related experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours per shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely around equipment.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational support across production and packaging areas to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Operate equipment in accordance with procedures and performance standards.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, allergen management and food safety requirements.
• Inspect equipment and work areas to promote safe, efficient operations.
• Complete production, waste, and operational documentation accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and leadership teams to address equipment and operational concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following PPE and safety requirements.
