Aspire Bakeries in Alsip, IL is seeking a Break Relief to support multiple production functions on the 3rd shift, 7:45 PM – 6:15 AM, Sunday to Wednesday. You will help maintain continuous operations, ensure product quality and food safety, and complete production documentation.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience. Competitive hourly pay is $21.00–$22.00 with overtime potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing/production experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Knowledge of GMPs, food safety, allergen, HACCP, and safety requirements.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide break relief coverage across multiple production functions to maintain operational efficiency.
• Perform production activities in compliance with food safety, quality, legality, and GMP requirements.
• Complete accurate production, waste, and operational documentation.
• Operate production equipment and workstations safely while following established SOPs.
• Monitor products and processes to ensure compliance with company quality and production standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance, and production team members to support continuous operations.
