Paris Baguette - Support Office (SoCal) is seeking a Training Center Manager to lead the coaching and training of Baker and Caker Trainees across our growing California network. You will implement Paris Baguette’s training program, ensure consistency with brand standards, and drive measurable improvement in performance.

Qualifications

• Culinary or training degree required.
• 3–5 years bakery industry experience.
• 2–4 years training and development experience.
• Ability to facilitate effectively.
• Flexible, adaptive, upbeat work style with a large geographically decentralized portfolio.
• Passion for people, empowering and developing team members and franchisee relationships.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training for bakers and cakers through Paris Baguette’s structured program, familiarizing trainees with all baking and caking processes.
• Conduct needs assessments to tailor training content and deliver measurable results.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring for newly hired and existing Bakers and Cakers after training programs.
• Create and execute training plans and initiatives for ongoing development.
• Collaborate with Operations and Café Production to identify performance gaps and train accordingly.
• Ensure training methods and materials are on-brand, consistent, and cost-effective.
• Recommend opportunities to evolve training with leadership to maximize impact.
• Collate and report training metrics to measure effectiveness.
• Understand and adhere to training budgets.
• Other duties may be assigned.
