Job summary

Paris Baguette North America is seeking a Training Specialist to support Bake and Cake training programs for cafés, ensuring alignment with Paris Baguette protocols and standardized training procedures.

Our ideal candidate will help to achieve our mission by providing quality training to bakery teams across a large, geographic network. This role requires travel to cafés and a passion for developing people within a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level training or culinary background preferred with demonstrated training experience.
• Experience in bakery or food-service training is desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for large groups.

Responsibilities

• Support Training Center Managers in implementing and facilitating training programs.
• Train new and existing bakers and cakers on baking/caking processes and procedures.
• Use diverse training methods to deliver engaging, cost-effective learning experiences.
• Provide recommendations to improve training programs and curriculums.
• Collect and report training metrics to assess curriculum effectiveness.
• Maintain organization by coordinating deliveries and guiding trainees through processes.
• Travel to cafés as needed to support production and training needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a Training Specialist to support and assist in implementing Bake and Cake training programs for cafés, ensuring alignment with Paris Baguette protocols and standardized training procedures.

Our ideal candidate will help to achieve our mission of bringing expertly crafted baked to our guests by providing quality training to our baker and caker teams.

Knowledge And Responsibilities

• Support Training Center Managers in implementing and facilitating training programs.
• Assist in training new and existing bakers and cakers by ensuring they are well-versed in all baking and caking processes and procedures.
• Utilize diverse training methods and materials to deliver engaging, cost-effective, and motivational learning experiences.
• Provide recommendations to Training Center Managers for program enhancements and improvements.
• Support the collection and reporting of training metrics to assess curriculum effectiveness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization by managing deliveries and guiding trainees through the proper process.
• Travel to new and existing cafés as needed to support production, as needed.
• Other job duties, as assigned.

What You Need To Have

• Culinary or Training Degree required.
• At least, 1-2 years of bakery industry experience preferred
• Flexible, adaptive, upbeat, open and visible work style, with a successful track record of supporting operations leaders across a large geographically decentralized portfolio.
