Job summary

Paris Baguette is seeking a Training Center Manager to lead training and coaching for Bakers and Cakers across a growing U.S. network. You will implement structured programs, assess needs, and mentor staff to ensure consistent, on-brand results.

This role requires travel to corporate and franchise locations and a passion for developing teams. You will collaborate with Operations to close performance gaps, manage budgets, and report training effectiveness while upholding Paris Baguette’s mission

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of bakery industry experience.
• 2–4 years in training and development roles.
• Ability to facilitate effectively.
• Flexible, upbeat, and collaborative leadership style.
• Willingness to travel to corporate and franchise locations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training for bakers and cake decorators through structured programs.
• Conduct needs assessments to tailor training content.
• Provide ongoing coaching after training programs.
• Create and execute training plans for ongoing development.
• Collaborate with Operations to identify performance gaps and address them.
• Ensure training materials are on-brand, cost-effective, and engaging.
