Job summary

Five Daughters Bakery is seeking a reliable Night Shift Overnight baker to fry croissant-style doughnuts, bake cookies, Paleo doughnuts, and savory pastries. You will infuse fillings, apply glazes, pipe creams, and garnish with house toppings.

Maintain a clean, safe kitchen, follow recipes and food-safety standards, and collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals. Schedule is 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, 20–30 hours, weekend availability; must be 18+.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Comfortable with physically strenuous, repetitive tasks and extended periods of standing.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow directions.
• Self-motivated, dependable, flexible, and a strong team player.
• Eager to learn, develop new skills, and have fun.

3rd Shift Overnight

From learning to fry our croissant style doughnuts, to baking an assortment of our homemade cookies, paleo donuts and savory pastries. Our team infuses the donuts, tops with glazes, pipe creams, and garnishes with various homemade toppings. Our Mission is to enrich the lives of our communities with the love and light of Jesus.
