Job summary

ShopRite of Fairless Hills is seeking a Bakery Associate to support daily bakery operations and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

You will assist the Bakery Manager with pricing, stocking, rotating merchandise, maintaining a neat, visually appealing department, and performing other duties per store policy, while upholding safety, QA, and sanitation standards; you will greet customers and deliver prompt, courteous service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak English clearly.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying temperatures.
• Ability to interact with Customers in a friendly, helpful way.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, organized Bakery area.
• Price, stock, rotate merchandise regularly to ensure freshness.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Follow safety, QA, sanitation standards and company policies.
• Assist in other departments as needed and work overtime if required.
• Complete all applicable department training programs.
