Qualifications

• Read, write, speak English proficiently.
• Stand/walk for full shifts.
• Regularly lift 25 lbs. and occasionally 50 lbs.
• Work in varying temperatures with food products.
• Handle food safely with gloves and QA standards.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Collaborate with others across the department.
• Follow schedules, attendance policies, and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, organized Bakery department.
• Sanitize surfaces, utensils, and equipment per QA standards.
• Greet customers and assist with service and product info.
• Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper stock levels.
• Follow recipes and prepare baked goods per specs.
• Set up and operate baking equipment and process ingredients.
• Monitor signage, labeling, and product rotation.
• Perform inventory and restock supplies as needed.
