Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP, L.P. seeks an entry-level Team Member for Bakery support, stocking, and customer service. You will maintain displays, assist with deliveries, and promote product knowledge while upholding WFM standards.

You will work with a team to ensure clean, well-lit shelves, accurate pricing, and friendly service for customers. Flexibility for varied shifts is required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and stocked.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and supervisors.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling program; keeps areas full and clean.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures pricing accuracy.
• Provides excellent customer service and suggests selling techniques.
• Adheres to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
