Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a motivated Bakery Team Member to support product receiving, display, stocking, and customer service in line with WFM standards. You’ll help manage deliveries, maintain clean displays, and assist with sampling and merchandising while upholding health and safety guidelines.

No retail experience is required, but a strong work ethic, teamwork, and passion for natural foods are essential. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh, appealing displays by front-facing and rotating stock.
• Stock shelves and maintain back stock in good order.
• Assist with sampling and inventory checks.
• Provide courteous, friendly customer service and respond promptly to needs.
• Maintain clean, sanitary bakery areas and proper signage and pricing.
• Report safety hazards and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
