Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Provide courteous, friendly service and follow SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Keep cases and shelves clean, well stocked, front-facing, rotating stock.
• Stock and clean shelves, bins, and display areas.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to buyers and leaders.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
• Assist with sampling program and periodic inventory checks.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle phones promptly.
• Open, mid, and closing duties with accurate pricing.
• Report safety hazards and comply with safety rules.
