Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking entry-level Bakery Team Members to support product receiving, preparation, and display while upholding WFM standards. You will assist with deliveries, stocking, and customer service on the floor, contributing to a positive store image and safety compliance.

The role emphasizes teamwork, efficient service, and willingness to perform varied duties across the Bakery area, including opening/closing tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing displays; front-facing, codes checked, rotate stock.
• Stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and display areas.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to leadership.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Supports sampling program and keeps areas full and clean.
• Participates in periodic inventory checks.
• Punctual, groomed, and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Delivers courteous service; answers phones promptly and courteously.
• Maximizes sales through proper stocking and merchandising.
