Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking team members to support the Bakery area, stocking and displaying products while delivering friendly customer service. You will assist with deliveries, breaks and seasonal programs, ensuring cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include rotating stock, assisting with sampling, and maintaining equipment to WFM standards. A positive attitude and the ability to work varied shifts are essential for this entry-level role.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong customer service skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh and appealing displays; front-face, stock and rotate products.
• Stock, clean shelves and displays; maintain back stock.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste; assist with inventory checks.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers and Team Members.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation procedures; keep work area clean.
• Perform opening, mid and closing duties; ensure accurate pricing.
