Job summary

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to learn product details and maintain displays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to friendly, efficient service and store SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Keep cases and shelves clean, stocked, and front-faced with accurate pricing.
• Assist with sampling program and inventory checks.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs promptly.
• Maintain back stock and clean, sanitary work areas.
• Ensure safety, health, and sanitation standards are followed.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
