Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bakery Clerk to support daily bakery operations, including preparing, baking, packaging, and merchandising. You will deliver friendly, efficient service and help customers make healthy choices in a fast-paced setting.

You will also help maintain cleanliness, handle pricing and stock rotation, assist with shipments, and support the Bakery Manager to ensure quality and safety in the department.

Qualifikationen

• Be at least 18 years of age with a High school diploma or equivalent; with 1-2 years Bakery experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Be dependable and reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Have an outgoing and friendly demeanor, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact with customers.
• Strong communication skills; ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions in the bakery area.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising all baked goods.
• Provide high level of customer service and ensure products are prepared, packaged, and presented with cleanliness.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary bakery area and equipment; sweep and sanitize surfaces.
• Stock, fill, face, and ensure pricing accuracy; rotate products and discard outdated items.
• Receive, inspect, and log shipments for accuracy and quality.
