Qualifications

• Understanding of pastry methods and industry standards.
• Food Handler's Card required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and 50–75 lbs occasionally.
• Open availability and schedule flexibility; evenings/overnights.
• Excellent time management and deadline-focused.

Responsibilities

• Execute evening or overnight production of wholesale baked goods according to schedules.
• Prepare ingredients, assemble products, and bake items following recipes.
• Collaborate with Back of House Manager and shift team.
• Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently (mixers, ovens).
• Monitor product quality and adjust as needed.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work environment per food safety standards.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and shelf-life management.
• Work with urgency and accuracy to meet deadlines.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Job Type: Full-Time (35–40 hrs/week), 5 days/week

Schedule: Evening (2:00 PM–10:30 PM) or Overnight (10:00 PM–6:30 AM)

Pay Rate: $18–$20/hour, DOE

• Prepare ingredients, assemble products, and bake items following standardized recipes and procedures.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Back of House Manager and your shift team.
• Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, ovens, and other production tools.
• Monitor product quality throughout the baking process and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety standards.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and shelf-life management of all products.
• Work with urgency and accuracy to meet production deadlines and quality expectations.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned based on production and business needs.

• Understanding of proper pastry methods, techniques, and industry standards.
• Food Handler's Card required.
