Nothing Bundt Cakes in Dulles is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to partner with the Bakery Manager in delivering the highest quality cakes and an exceptional guest experience. You will help lead the team, manage daily operations, and ensure NbC standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in a retail, restaurant or food service.
• Experience leading a team and coaching others toward productivity.
• Basic proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable learning new tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience and mentor team to deliver superior service.
• Support Bakery Manager in cake production, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Recruit, train, and provide performance feedback to staff.
• Ensure food safety standards and NbC policies are followed.
