Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand 6–8 hours.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Bakery Team Members.
• Train team for high performance and reduce turnover.
• Assist in training of new Team Members.
• Keep cases and shelves clean, stocked, rotated.
• Open and close department per procedures.
• Ensure breaks are given.
• Communicate concerns to Team Leader.
• Set and achieve top retail execution standards.
• Foster a positive environment with teamwork.
• Manage customer flows and address needs.
• Mentor and develop Team Members.
• Provide timely performance evaluations.
• Model company vision and goals.
