Qualifications

• Retail supervisory experience; 24+ months retail with 12+ months team leadership.
• Food safety certification; willing to obtain within 6 months.
• Strong knowledge of buying, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Excellent interpersonal, motivational and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to teach others and maintain regulatory and safety policies.
• Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications.

Responsibilities

• Holds ATLs, supervisors and Team Members accountable for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Builds a positive work environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect and morale.
• Makes hiring and separation decisions.
• Accountable for monitoring and achieving sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Maintains proper product assortment, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with department leaders and vendors.
• Sets and achieves the highest standards of retail execution.
• Directs Team Members to meet customer needs and questions promptly.
• Provides timely performance evaluations and coaches team members.
