Nothing Bundt Cakes in Allentown, PA is seeking an upbeat, organized Assistant Manager to help run our bakery, lead the floor, coach team members, and ensure every cake looks and tastes perfect.

You will open or close shifts, manage labor and inventory, support local events, and develop opportunities to advance to General Manager across our four PA locations. This is a hands-on role with a clear path to growth, requiring a strong customer focus and dedication to food safety and brand standards.

Competenze

• Experience supervising or leading shifts in retail, food service, or hospitality.
• Ability to motivate a team during busy rushes.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking.
• Comfort with math, cash handling, and simple reports.
• Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
