Nothing Bundt Cakes in Nashville, TN seeks an Assistant Bakery Manager to work alongside the Bakery Manager to deliver high-quality cakes, a warm guest experience, and strong team leadership. This full-time role supports sales and profitability while driving day-to-day bakery operations in accordance with NbC standards.

You will help manage staffing, scheduling, and training, ensuring safety, quality, and visual merchandising across the shop. NbC values community engagement and customer delight.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1–3 years of guest-facing experience in retail, restaurant, or foodservice.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize guest experience and lead by example with a positive work environment.
• Partner with Bakery Manager to oversee guest experience, cake production, display, and inventory control.
• Recruit, train, and coach team members; provide performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with NbC food safety and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist in administrative tasks: production planning, scheduling, supplies, payroll processing.
