Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring an Assistant Bakery Manager to lead the Bakery Clerks and assist the Bakery Manager in daily supervision of department operations. You will help manage ordering, inventory, displays, and ensure quality and safety across the bakery team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with at least 2 years in retail grocery and 2 years in supervision.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to interact with customers and work in a team environment.
• Must be able to answer phones, take special orders, and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in supervising the Bakery team and operations.
• Manage ordering, inventory controls, product quality and displays.
• Rotate merchandise and build product displays for maximum impact.
• Monitor incoming deliveries and ensure item quality and safety.
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation guidelines across the department.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
