You will inspire your team, deliver exceptional service, and maintain a productive workplace in a fast-paced, festive environment. 3+ years baking experience or 1+ year bakery management preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of baking experience or 1+ year in bakery management.
• Knowledge of bakery products, ingredients, and equipment commonly used in Mexican, Central American, and American baked goods.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers and team members with a smile, providing extraordinary service and assistance with bakery and cake orders.
• Team Leadership: Assist in scheduling, training, delegating, and evaluating bakery personnel; ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Operations: Support bakery sales projections, manage inventory, review invoices, and ensure accurate pricing and labeling.
• Product Quality: Prepare, bake, and decorate breads, pastries, and cakes with consistent taste and appearance.
• Merchandising: Maintain full cases and appealing displays; rotate stock.
• Compliance & Safety: Promote food safety and health code compliance; enforce Bakery Safety Program.
• Leadership Coverage: Assume Bakery Manager responsibilities when needed.
• Sanitation: Keep bakery equipment and spaces clean and compliant with standards.
