Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keeps bakery department stocked and appealing.
• Smiles and greets customers, answers questions about products and cake prep.
• Mixes, shapes, proofs and bakes breads, rolls, pastries and cakes.
• Takes customer orders over the phone or in person and completes the finished decorated product.
• Maintains sanitation in the department and adheres to health and safety guidelines.
• Assists with stocking, merchandising, and rotating products for freshness.
