Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in directing and supervising bakery functions including production, pastries, and artisan breads.
• Assist in evaluating problem areas and developing corrective action plans.
• Maintain cost control, customer service, merchandising, product quality, and sanitation standards.
• Ensure proper receiving, dating, price marking, restocking, and inventory control.
• Develop associates through training and supervision.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, friendly department.
