Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Culinary degree and/or pastry/baking experience preferred.
• Food service management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce pastry and specialty items for the bakery department.
• Assist in production, packaging, and handling of non-pastry items within the department.
• Assist Bakery Manager with ordering, production, and inventory control.
