Job summary

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Applications, Technical Service, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and Finance to execute annual plans, pricing strategies, launches, and portfolio priorities while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Experience in the food ingredients or bakery industry with business impact.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Bakery Systems growth strategy across North America.
• Develop annual business plans, budgets, forecasts, and pricing strategies.
• Analyze market, customer, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities.
• Manage portfolio lifecycle including launches and end-of-life planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Applications, Technical Service, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and Finance.
• Drive pipeline development and customer engagements with clear value messaging.
• Monitor portfolio performance, pricing, supply dynamics, and profitability.
• Align commercial and operations to minimize disruption during supply challenges.
