Job summary

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. The role is based in New Century, KS with a hybrid on-site 3 days/week requirement, driving regional marketing strategies across North America.

You will partner with Sales, Applications and Innovation, develop compelling value propositions, and lead regional growth initiatives from concept through launch, translating insights into actionable marketing plans.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in food ingredients or CPG.
• Deep understanding of Bakery and Bars & Confectionery categories.
• Strong analytical capabilities and project management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional marketing strategies and growth initiatives across North America.
• Partner with Sales, Applications, Innovation, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop value propositions, presentations, one-pagers, and marketing assets.
• Lead regional growth initiatives from concept through launch.
• Collaborate to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity for growth opportunities.
• Lead strategic customer engagements and presentations.
• Serve as category expert for Bakery and Bars & Confectionery.
• Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Manage regional content platforms including Showpad and use Salesforce for tracking.
