Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Bakery Science, Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in food ingredients, bakery, or food manufacturing with demonstrated business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional Bakery Systems growth strategy to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share in North America.
• Develop annual business plans, budgets, forecasts, pricing strategies, and portfolio priorities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Applications, Technical Service, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement and Finance to meet objectives.
