Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with 2+ years retail grocery experience and 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Reliable with flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer interaction skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to answer phones and take special orders.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work area and safely operate deli equipment.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs with/without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager to lead bakery clerks and supervise daily operations.
• Order, inventory controls, quality, and displays.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays.
• Monitor incoming cases for damaged items and ensure safety guidelines.
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold sanitation.
