Ideal candidates have at least two years of retail grocery experience and two years in supervisory roles, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to handle knives, scales, and sanitation regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with 2 years of retail grocery experience and 2 years in supervisory roles.
• Reliable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly with the ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication and teamwork; able to take direction.
• Ability to weigh and label products; operate knives and scales; maintain sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Responsible for ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervising the Bakery team.
• Execute rotation of merchandise and building displays.
• Monitor incoming cases for damaged items and ensure product quality.
• Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Unload deliveries and operate deli equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
