Qualifications

• Must have NYCDOH Food Handler’s License.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in food/hospitality (1+ year preferred).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow—potential to advance into Assistant Manager role.
• Ability to sell products effectively while understanding customer needs.
• Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on creating positive interactions.
• Demonstrated capability in managing teams and fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.
• Payroll and scheduling experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and smooth workflow.
