Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in full bakery operations and procedures; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Be able to calculate percentages and ratios when measuring ingredients in dough mixtures and recipes.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the English language effectively to read instructions and manuals.

Responsabilités

• Prepare all dough and scratch baking mixtures according to established recipes and procedures.
• Pan up frozen products and prepare bread items for baking.
• Operate ovens, mixers and other bakery equipment as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the bakery area and follow health regulations.
