Northgate Gonzalez Markets, Inc. is seeking a friendly Bakery Cashier for our new Bellflower store to provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced setting.

This part-time role offers flexible shifts, an associate discount, and opportunities to grow with a beloved Southern California grocer. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent mathematical and numerical skills for cash handling.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience as a cashier or in hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and warmly welcome them.
• Assist guests with menu items, ingredients and dietary questions.
• Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately.
• Proactively upsell beverages, sides, and desserts.
• Keep cashier station clean and organized; stock condiments and supplies.
