You will measure, mix, shape, and bake products, decorate cakes, and ensure high quality. The role includes maintaining a clean workspace, labeling ingredients, and presenting attractive displays while partnering with bakery staff to meet daily production needs and assist customers with questions and special orders.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes and production methods.
• Measure, mix, shape, and bake products; decorate items such as cakes and specialty desserts.
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe work area; rotate and label ingredients; display products in full, well-stocked cases.
• Collaborate with bakery team to plan daily production needs and keep operations running smoothly.
• Assist customers with product questions, take special orders, and provide friendly, efficient service.
