Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. bakery team is seeking a dedicated Baker to prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes and production methods. You will measure, mix, shape, and bake items, decorate cakes, and help ensure consistent quality.

You will keep the work area clean and organized, rotate ingredients, and help display products in full, appeal­ing cases. Customer interactions and daily production planning are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes and production methods.
• Measure, mix, shape, and bake products; decorate items such as cakes and specialty desserts.
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe work area; rotate and label ingredients; keep cases well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Assist customers with product questions, take special orders, and provide friendly, efficient service.
