Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a friendly, detail‑driven Baker to prepare breads, pastries, cakes and desserts in a fast‑paced environment. You will measure, mix, shape, and bake products, and decorate items such as cakes and specialty desserts.

You will maintain clean stations, rotate ingredients, assist customers with product questions, and take special orders, ensuring high quality and presentation. Applicants should be able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes and desserts using established recipes and production methods.
• Measure, mix, shape, and bake products; decorate items such as cakes and specialty desserts.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area; rotate and label ingredients.
• Display products in full, well‑stocked, visually appealing cases.
