You will interact with customers, handle special orders, and keep a clean, organized workspace. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and flexibility with early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in baking or food production preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality and presentation standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes.
• Measure, mix, shape, and bake products; decorate cakes and desserts.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area; rotate and label ingredients.
• Assist customers with product questions and special orders; provide friendly service.
• Work with bakery team to plan daily production and meet demand.
