Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a HS diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years bakery experience or equivalent.
• Reliable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and strong customer interaction skills.
• Good communication and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to take special orders and answer phones.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, package and display bakery items.
• Assist Bakery Manager with pricing and merchandising.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the bakery area.
• Stock, rotate, and price bakery products; discard spoiled items.
• Receive and inspect shipments for accuracy and quality.
