• Prepare bakery items per customer requests using proper equipment.
• Offer product samples to help customers discover new items.
• Inform customers of bakery specials and ensure product freshness and correct portion sizes.
• Explain product details and suggest complementary items to meet customer needs.
• Clean and maintain bakery equipment and work area following safety guidelines.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise and report discrepancies.
