Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a bakery production associate to follow recipes and production guidelines for cakes, donuts, cookies, and other bakery items. You will measure, mix, shape and package products while upholding food safety standards in a retail bakery environment.

You’ll greet customers, answer questions, and help locate items. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, with a focus on quality, presentation, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Follows recipes to prepare cakes, donuts, cookies and display items.
• Measurs, weighs, mixes, shapes and scores ingredients.
• Operates ovens, mixers and dough proofers.
• Ensures packaging, labeling and production list completion.
• Maintains clean, safe, sanitary work area following safety procedures.
• Provides friendly customer service and assists shoppers.
