Brookshire Grocery Company seeks a part-time Bakery Associate to follow recipes, prepare baked goods, and maintain high standards of food safety and customer service. You will work with ovens, mixers, and other equipment to meet production needs and ensure quality. Flexibility for various shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Food handler certification required.
• Six months related experience or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes to prepare baked goods (cakes, donuts, cookies) per customer orders or for display.
• Measure, weigh, mix, shape, and score ingredients.
• Operate ovens, mixers, dough proofers and other baking equipment.
• Complete production lists and special order fulfillment; package and label products.
• Maintain attractive product presentation and rotate stock for freshness.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist in locating products.
