• Basic math skills for following recipes.
• Effective written and verbal communication with customers and partners.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be attentive to hazards and report or address them promptly.
• Food handler certification required.

Responsibilities

• Follows recipes to prepare cakes, donuts, cookies, and other products according to orders or display needs.
• Measures, weighs, mixes, shapes, and scores ingredients for production.
• Operates ovens, mixers, dough proofers and other baking equipment.
• Prepares production lists, handles special orders, and labels products.
• Maintains appealing display and rotates stock for freshness and quality.
• Greets customers, answers questions, assists in product selection, and supports sales.
