Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe in Grand Prairie, TX seeks entry-level Bread Bakers, Cake Decorators, and Separators. You will produce and prepare bakery products, maintain food safety, and meet daily production standards.

Ideal candidates have a High school diploma, bakery or kitchen experience preferred, and are available for early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided with emphasis on teamwork and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in bakery/food production preferred.
• Attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, decorate, assemble, or separate bakery products according to job role, company recipes, specifications, and quality standards.
• Measure, mix, prepare, and finish products while following established production procedures.
• Decorate cakes with precision while maintaining presentation and consistency standards (Cake Decorator).
• Separate, organize, package, and prepare finished bakery products for distribution and sale (Separator).
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, Health Department, and company regulations.
