Requirements include a high school diploma, bakery/kitchen experience preferred, and strong attention to detail. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in bakery, cake decorating, food production, restaurant, or kitchen preferred.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe Food Handler Certification (where required).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, decorate, assemble, or separate bakery products according to recipes and standards.
• Measure, mix, prepare, and finish products following procedures.
• Decorate cakes with precision and maintain presentation and consistency.
• Separate, package, and prepare finished bakery products for distribution and sale.
• Monitor product quality throughout production and maintain a clean, sanitary area.
• Follow all food safety and company regulations.
• Operate bakery equipment safely and maintain it.
• Meet daily production schedules and deadlines.
• Assist with inventory rotation and quality control.
• Cross-train and support other bakery or storefront departments as needed.
• Work with store leadership and fellow associates; arrive on time and follow policies.
