85°C Bakery Cafe in Carrollton, TX is seeking entry-level Bread Bakers, Cake Decorators, and Separators to join our fast-paced team. This role offers an hourly wage of $15.00–$16.00 with weekend availability and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous bakery or kitchen experience preferred.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week for part time; 32 hours for full time.

Responsibilities

• Produce and prepare high-quality bakery products following recipes and standards.
• Measure, mix, and finish products per procedures.
• Decorate cakes with precision while maintaining presentation standards (Cake Decorator).
• Package and prepare finished products for distribution and sale (Separator).
• Monitor product quality and maintain a clean, sanitary work area.
• Operate bakery equipment safely and support other departments as needed.
