85°C Bakery Cafe is hiring Bread Bakers, Cake Decorators, and Separators. You will produce and prepare high-quality bakery products, decorate cakes, and ensure food safety and product consistency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in bakery, cake decorating, or kitchen is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, decorate, assemble, or separate bakery products according to job role, recipes, specifications, and quality standards.
• Measure, mix, prepare, and finish products while following established production procedures.
• Decorate cakes with precision while maintaining presentation and consistency standards (Cake Decorator).
• Separate, organize, package, and prepare finished bakery products for distribution and sale (Separator).
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, Health Department, and company regulations.
