85°C Bakery Cafe in Oklahoma City is hiring for an entry-level bakery position. You will produce and prepare high-quality bakery products, decorate cakes, and ensure food safety and consistency across shifts.

We value teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to learn. A high school diploma is preferred, with early morning, weekend, and holiday availability strongly preferred. Growth opportunities and comprehensive training are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in bakery, cake decorating, or kitchen work preferred.
• Passion for quality bakery products.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Conversational English proficiency.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe certification if required.
• Part-time requires at least 20 hours per week; full-time requires 32 hours.
• Early mornings, weekends and holidays availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce and prepare bakery products according to recipes and quality standards.
• Measure, mix, and finish products following established production procedures.
• Decorate cakes with precision and maintain presentation and consistency.
• Package finished bakery products for distribution and sale.
• Monitor product quality during production.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and follow safety rules.
• Operate, clean, and maintain bakery equipment.
• Meet daily production schedules and deadlines.
• Assist with inventory rotation and quality control.
• Cross-train and support other departments as needed.
• Collaborate with store leadership and fellow associates.
• Arrive on time and follow company policies.
