Job summary

Auntie Anne's & Cinnabon are seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced bakery team and ensure guest satisfaction. You will oversee shift operations, maintain quality, and coach associates to deliver outstanding service in a bustling environment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing tasks, cash handling, andInventory control, while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards across both brands. Prior experience welcome, with growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3-6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location).
• 0-1 year of food service, bakery, or retail experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, scoop, and stay active throughout your shift.
• Comfortable working in warm environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins).
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS systems).
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 3-6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
• 0-1 year of food service, bakery, or retail experience
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, scoop, and stay active throughout your shift

• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS systems)
• Ability to taste-test products for quality assurance
• Cash handling and customer service experience a plus
• Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days of hire)
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology
• General knowledge of food service, bakery, or quick-service restaurant operations is a bonus
