Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Available to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Cross-trained as a Froster when required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and determine needs to provide a superior guest experience.
• Educate guests on NbC cake options, pricing, and promotions.
• Suggest add-ons such as balloons, candles, and cards for celebrations.
• Process orders accurately using the POS system and promote Bundtastic Rewards.
• Maintain a clean, organized bakery presentation and assist with light cleaning tasks.
• Replenish merchandise and cake displays to ensure strong visuals.
• Assist with cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
• Follow health, safety, and NbC policies and dress code; maintain punctual attendance.
